Overview:
We seek a highly skilled, AC-certified Maintenance Technician for our 130-unit, 4-story luxury apartment complex. This is a full-time position and is available immediately.
The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years of experience as a multifamily technician. In addition:
- Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, including complete system replacement and electrical, plumbing, and general apartment maintenance
- Complete work orders
- Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests (on-call)
- Turn vacant units
- Assist with maintaining the grounds
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address maintenance concerns promptly
Licenses:
- EPA (Required)
- HVAC (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
