Shift Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Service and Kitchen teams. Responsibilities: Supervise teams to insure proper service levels and food quality are delivered to our guests in a timely fashion Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Coordinate ordering of food and ingredients from vendors, create prep lists of food for internal use Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in retail-food, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Company Description We are a locally owned, small restaurant company with 2 locations in the Conejo Valley.
