A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred. A candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with families. The ideal Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator is outgoing, organized, and able to create a welcoming and engaging experience for prospective and current families.

Enrollment & Engagement Coordinator responsibilities include: Some of the primary responsibilities included are but not limited to: Supporting enrollment efforts including managing inquiries, scheduling tours, and follow-ups Conducting engaging and informative school tours for prospective families Managing the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment and maintaining accurate records Building strong relationships with prospective and current families Supporting onboarding of new families and ensuring a smooth transition into the school Assisting with family engagement and retention initiatives Assisting with community outreach efforts and building local partnerships Representing the school at events, open houses, and community activities Supporting social media updates, email newsletters, and communication efforts Assisting with planning and execution of school events and family engagement activities Demonstrating highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Projecting a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Supporting the leadership team with reporting, documentation, and follow-up tasks

Qualifications: BA or BS Degree in Early or Elementary Education, Child Development or related degree 21 credits in early childhood education as required by IL Prior Managerial Experience in a Preschool Setting Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Team Builder Commitment to Professional Development
