Springbrook Dentistry is a growing general dental practice in Alcoa committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a warm, professional environment. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office.

What You'll Do

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the daily schedule to keep the day running smoothly
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and handle follow-up communications
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; explain coverage to patients
• Collect payments, post transactions, and assist with billing questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in our practice management system
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Support general front office operations and other administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Prior front desk or customer service experience (dental or medical office experience a strong plus)
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental experience preferred)
