Staff Accountant

Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Support accounts receivable and invoicing processes. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. Conduct variance analysis on P&L statements. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–4 years of accounting experience; public accounting or multi-entity experience is a plus. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Experience with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
