Workday Hcm Architect: Recruitment, Talent Optimization And Learning
Responsibilities:
- Workday System Deployment: Develop and implement Workday solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Workday System Administration: Lead the configuration and customization of Workday modules Recruiting, Talent Optimization and Learning, tailoring them to meet specific business needs.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into actionable plans within the Workday ecosystem.
- System Testing: Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously assess system performance and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements or enhancements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards within Workday to provide meaningful insights and data for decision-making and compliance reporting.
- Integration Management: Oversee integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Compliance and Data Security: Ensure Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards. Take measures to protect sensitive employee data.
- Training and Documentation: Create documentation and provide training to end-users and stakeholders on Workday functionalities and processes.
- Change Management: Implement and manage changes to the Workday system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and other relevant departments, providing expertise and guidance on Workday-related matters.
Skills We're Seeking:
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Hcm Architecture and/or Engineering
- Must have experience completing at least one full life cycle Workday Hcm implementation/migration
- Must have techno-functional Workday Hcm experience
- Must have experience with Recruitment, Talent Optimization and Learning modules
Nice To Haves:
- Experience with other areas of Workday Hcm such as:
- Payroll
- Advanced Compensation
- Benefits
- Time Tracking and Absence
- Onboarding
- Workday Pro Hcm Core Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in an IT or HR related field
