Compensation & Perks
- W2 position | $14–$30/hour (based on experience)
- New to the painting? Even better. We love to teach and our goal is to get you from $14/hr to $20+ in less than 1 year!
- Crew members earn Monthly profit-share bonuses when projects come in under budget. Top Performers earn upwards of $35/hour+
- Paid training and career development
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Fridays: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Based in Laramie, WY
- Occasional Weekends, Out of Town, and Graveyard shifts for specialty projects
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurable driving record
- Physically able to lift 45 lbs and work at heights
- Ability to work off ladders rated for 225 pounds
- Must reside within 60 minutes of Casper, WY

- Prep, paint, and finish interiors and exteriors for residential and commercial projects
- Perform advanced techniques like cabinet painting and wallpaper removal

- Deliver top-tier finishes with minimal callbacks
