Bilingual HR Specialist / Generalist

-Salary: $75,000–$80,000/year DOE

-Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Position

-We are seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist / Generalist to join our team in Oxnard. This is a hands-on HR role supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, approachable, and comfortable handling a variety of HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

-Qualifications
• 4+ years of HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — required.
• Hands-on experience with day-to-day HR functions.
• Knowledge of onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll/timekeeping, and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Comfortable working independently while supporting an HR team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Onsite availability in Oxnard, CA.

-Key Responsibilities • Support the HR Manager with daily HR operations and employee needs. • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and offboarding. • Maintain accurate employee records and HR files. • Assist with employee relations and respond to employee questions and concerns. • Support benefits administration and employee enrollment. • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping. • Help coordinate recruiting, interviews, and hiring activities. • Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations. • Assist with HR reports, audits, and other administrative tasks. • Help coordinate employee training and company communications. • Provide bilingual support to employees and management. • Perform other HR duties and special projects as needed.
