How You'll Lead as Business Owner:

Lead and grow your agency through sales, service and community engagement
Hire, train and manage your team based on your business needs

Manage daily operations, performance, and compliance as a business owner

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required (support available)
Series 6/63 licenses optional
Must operate from an on site agency space
Startup capital required (varies by market)
