Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $41-45 per hour Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation Facility: SNF Community offering post-hospital, short-term, long-term, and respite care Number of Beds: 181 SNF beds Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at our SNF community. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing rehabilitation services to individuals with a variety of conditions and injuries. Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' strength, mobility, and range of motion Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their rehabilitation at home Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and documentation Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Knowledge of and adherence to all legal and ethical standards in patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
