What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll blend technical expertise with operational project management to keep our education initiatives moving forward seamlessly:

• Dashboards & Business Intelligence: Build, maintain, and elevate interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Advanced Excel. You will clean, validate, and analyze learning data to highlight trends and drive strategic decisions.
• LMS Administration: Take full ownership of day-to-day enterprise Learning Management System operations—configuring courses, managing user enrollments, organizing learning plans, and resolving record discrepancies.
• Project Management & Execution: Utilize platforms like Asana or Smartsheet to organize timelines, track project milestones, coordinate with key stakeholders, and keep multi-faceted workstreams running on schedule.
• Process Improvement: Automate manual reporting, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and document standard operating procedures for long-term clarity and success.

What We’re Looking For

To jump in and succeed from day one, you should have a blend of hands-on technical LMS skills and data manipulation expertise:

• Degree & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience), plus 3+ years of hands-on experience in both LMS administration AND data analytics.
• LMS Mastery: Demonstrated, direct experience configuring enterprise LMS platforms (Docebo experience is a huge plus!).
• Data & Analytics Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, visualization) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookup functions, data reconciliation).
• Project Tooling: Proven experience managing tasks, resources, and project timelines in Asana or Smartsheet.
• Problem-Solver Mindset: Exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
