Discover an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic school environment near Peoria, AZ. As an integral member of the educational team, you’ll help students achieve communication goals while splitting your time between on-site and remote work. This contract position offers flexibility, with a minimum of two on-site days weekly—though the school prefers up to four.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Arizona
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Clinical experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Provide therapeutic interventions both in-person and via telepractice, adapting methods to suit hybrid learning needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in staff meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
