General ManagerBusy Domino's Pizza Location Seeks, General Manager. Our Busy Season is Upon Us, We are looking for a Personable, Responsible Person to fill our General Manager Role.Dear Potential General Manager,Welcome to store leadership. If you are reading this you are interested in a position as a store leader with Team Joarder a Domino's Pizza Franchise Store. To begin we have some expectations that you need to fully understand before applying to such an important role within this organization.GM's are required to work 6 shifts (Average 55 hours weekly)Nights/weekends/holidays are important times for a General Manager to WorkClosing Sunday Nights are Mandatory (weekly numbers must be verified by you as your bonus depends on accuracy)Deposits are required to be made nightlyAccurate food counts are your responsibilityAny week where more than 5 customer concerns are received a crew meeting must be scheduledAs a Store Leader you must be reachable by Phone when out of the store (emergencies happen)Fraternization with Team Members is NOT allowed.Safety is our #1 Concern, if there is anything that is cause for alarm notify your supervisor.Operations Assessments are a consistent necessity in our Company, scores resulting less than 3 stars are subject to bonus loss.General Managers Role Consists of the FollowingFood Management, Ordering, Rotating, and maintaining food for optimal product quality.Scheduling, Managers are expected to write a schedule each week that optimally serves our guests as well as hits there labor cost goals.Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Firing are also job functions of this role.Please apply below if you understand the above expectations and would like to interview for this role.Previous General Manager Food Service appreciated but not requiredPositive Up Beat AttitudeAbility to multi taskAbility to complete basic mathAbility to Email, Text, Call and SPEAK IN PERSON to people.Basic Computer Skills, Email, Word, Excel, App Usage.Ability to stand on your feet most of the work day.Salary and Profit share based on qualifications.
