• Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients according to established standards of care and nursing processes.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion.
• Utilize independent judgment in providing patient care.
