Key Qualifications:

• Current, active MA DESE School Psychologist license
• Previous experience working with elementary and middle school-aged children preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in developing and interpreting IEPs
• Comfortable conducting a range of psychological and behavioral evaluations
• Effective communicator and team collaborator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students ages 7-12 to identify learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Develop assessment reports and recommendations aligned with student support plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on strategies and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert input on goal setting and progress monitoring
• Provide short-term counseling or crisis intervention as needed
• Promote a positive and inclusive school climate
