Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license
• School-based PT experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to obtain any additional state or educational certifications if needed
• Demonstrates strong communication and adaptability within a school community
• Comfortable working a consistent, part-time schedule (1 day per week, onsite only)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students as determined by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and related service professionals to develop and implement treatment plans supporting student goals
• Conduct assessments and document progress in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Educate staff and families about strategies to support student mobility and participation in school activities
• Maintain compliance with privacy and documentation standards
