Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Occupational Therapist, delivering meaningful support to students with a range of needs this summer. This onsite position focuses on working closely with PreK and High School students, particularly those with social-emotional and behavioral challenges as well as students on the autism spectrum (ASD). Your expertise will make a genuine difference in an educational setting committed to student growth and well-being.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license (MA OT License required)
• Experience or strong interest in supporting PreK–High School students, especially those with social-emotional and behavioral challenges and ASD
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to various developmental and learning needs
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative school environment and building effective relationships with staff and families
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Your Impact Includes:

• Providing direct OT services to PreK students with social emotional, behavioral, or elementary ASD needs, as well as High School students with ASD
• Collaborating with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student programming and goals
• Assessing student abilities, recommending intervention strategies, and developing individualized therapy plans
• Documenting progress and maintaining clear records in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participating in team meetings and contributing insights to IEP planning

This contract offers a focused schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am to 2:30 pm (totaling 22 hours per week) from July 6, 2026, through August 13, 2026, ensuring you can dedicate your summer to hands-on, impactful work.
