It involves owning the product lifecycle end to end, including vision, roadmap, delivery across every line of business, the AI Champion Network, and stakeholder collaboration with business leaders, AI vendors, subject matter experts, and the teams that build and run our AI platforms. The role requires integrating employee insights, usage data, and technical feasibility to prioritize training, content, and improvements, and to keep the program current as AI tools and capabilities change. Success is measured by how many employees move from trying AI to using it in their daily work, training reach and completion, champion network activity, and employee satisfaction. The work impacts the organization by driving AI adoption, operational efficiency, and better employee and customer experiences through effective product management.Job Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise AI training and adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs across every line of businessConduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and roadmap development, including where each line of business stands on AI use and what it needs nextManage development of adoption tools and training materials, including content built around each line of business's real workflows and how to use approved AI tools safely and within T-Mobile standardsPlan and facilitate AI training sessions across the enterprise; own the calendar for vendor-led sessions and co-deliver with subject matter expertsLead the AI Champion Network: recruit, equip, and coordinate the champions who carry AI practices into their teams and bring feedback backCollaborate with cross-functional teams including development, architecture, and stakeholders to drive technical delivery and product releases, so training is ready when new AI tools and features launchAnalyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes, including training completion, usage after training, and employee feedbackWork with outside partners and other third parties, including the AI vendors that deliver training to T-Mobile teamsIdentify execution, operational, and organizational issues that impede product success, and drive an improvement plan to change or resolve them (within sphere of influence)Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as neededRequired Education and Work Experience:Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experienceAcceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience6+ years experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company, application or product environment7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment, with an advanced-level understanding of customer experiencePreferred Experience:Experience running technology training or enablement programs for a large, distributed workforceExperience building and leading a champion, ambassador, or community network that drives adoption of new technologyExperience coordinating vendor-led training and co-delivering sessions with subject matter expertsHands-on experience with generative AI tools and the ability to explain how they work, and where they fall short, to non-technical audiencesExperience measuring adoption with usage data rather than attendance aloneDemonstrated curiosity and adaptability with new AI technologies and a track record of applying them to how people workRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Agile MethodologyBacklog ManagementCustomer CentricityData AnalysisProblem SolvingProduct ManagementProduct RoadmapSolution Architecture DesignStakeholder ManagementStrategic AlignmentTechnical Design DocumentationTechnical WritingPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:CommunicationCustomer EngagementInfluencing SkillsProduct Launch PlanningTravel: Travel Required (Yes/No): No. DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No): No. Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No): No. Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $157,080 - $283,440. National Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200.The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity.
