Dental Hygienist – Mountain View Dental (Ruidoso, NM)

Rate: $42-$45/hr

Mountain View Dental is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dental Hygienist to join our passionate team in beautiful Ruidoso, New Mexico . Our ideal candidate is patient-focused, believes in the importance of periodontal health, and is committed to delivering high-quality care in a supportive, collaborative environment. We are excited to offer competitive comp and up to $800 monthly production bonus!

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and professionalism

• A strong belief in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of periodontal disease

• A compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• Valid dental hygiene license in New Mexico

• Provide routine dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and patient education

• Partner with dentists and the clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Document patient history and treatment plans accurately

• Promote long-term oral health through prevention and education
