Prin. Vascular Clinical Specialist - Milwaukee, WI / Green Bay, WI

Principal Vascular Clinical Specialist role at Medtronic providing technical and clinical support for peripheral vascular products across Wisconsin. The position involves collaborating with physicians and sales teams to support complex procedures, drive product adoption, and expand access to innovative therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical expertise for vascular products, supporting physicians and care teams across multiple therapies
• Conduct customer training through one-on-one sessions, in-service programs, and case support to drive product proficiency
• Collaborate with sales representatives and cross-functional teams to execute business plans and achieve strategic objectives
• Manage inventory performance through audits, consignment agreement support, and product availability optimization
• Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers to expand therapy utilization and market engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 11+ years healthcare/field experience, or associate's degree plus 9+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 7+ years
• Medical terminology and procedures knowledge
• Project management and program coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license, active insurance, and acceptable driving record
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
