Lead Teller

Position Overview: As a Lead Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will reside in Michigan City, IN at the Highway 20 branch. Job ID: R215980. This role combines customer‑centric service with coaching and leadership of teller staff. Job Description Coaches and mentors tellers by example, delivering a unique customer experience and encouraging financial wellbeing. Identifies banking opportunities during interactions and refers customers to appropriate branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities, connects with customers, and positions PNC products to meet their needs. Demonstrates clear communication skills, transaction handling, and problem resolution processes. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new‑hire selection processes while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed. Ensures teller and branch daily operations, including maintenance transactions, are completed efficiently and accurately.
