Job Details Job Location: Phoenix, AZ 85004 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Category: VCMONS Responsibilities Responsible for answering the telephones and meeting and greeting incoming residents, guests, and vendors. Assists other employees with residents and visitors to ensure overall coverage in the management office and deliver a high level of customer service. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Plus other work-related tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer-related experience required. Previous concierge experience preferred. Must possess a professional presentation. Must possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal & written communication skills. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance. Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks. Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors). Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required.
