Workday Procurement & Supplier Lead - AMS

Role Overview The Workday SCM (Procurement) Manager – AMS will serve as a client-facing Procurement and Supplier lead in a post-production (AMS) environment, providing hands‑on, cross‑functional support across Workday Supply Chain Management and Financials. This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring operational stability, issue resolution, and continuous optimization of Workday Procurement, Supplier, and Accounts Payable processes. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on, cross‑functional support for Workday Supply Chain Management and Financials. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure operational stability and issue resolution. Continuously optimize Workday Procurement, Supplier, and Accounts Payable processes. Partner with client stakeholders and guide end‑to‑end SCM support delivery. Required Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday Supply Chain Management solutions. Proven success working in a post‑production / AMS / production support environment. Strong functional expertise in Workday Procurement and Supplier Management. Hands‑on experience supporting Accounts Payable within Workday SCM, including supplier invoices, payment processing, and procure‑to‑pay accounting impacts. Experience supporting cross‑functional Financials touchpoints, including accounting, spend controls, and downstream reporting. Demonstrated ability to operate as a client‑facing lead with senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills with demonstrated executive presence. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. No travel required, unless requested by the client. Preferred Skills & Experience Active Workday SCM and/or Financials certification. AMS / PPS / managed services experience. Experience managing medium to large Workday support engagements. Deep understanding of end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay and accounts payable processes. Experience with integrations, reporting, and automation related to Procurement and AP. Prior people management experience, including mentoring, delegating, and reviewing work. Compensation & Benefits Estimated base salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 (USD). Total estimated compensation (including annual incentive) range: $162,000 - $198,000 (USD).
