Senior Engineering Program Manager - Onsite

Medtronic seeks a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional operations for new product introductions within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit. The role serves as the primary operations interface to product development teams, managing manufacturing readiness, supply chain strategy, and commercialization across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional operations teams through new product introduction milestones and commercialization objectives
- Represent operations as primary interface to product development core teams and influence program decisions
- Develop and manage operations project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and metrics
- Define manufacturing and supply chain strategies including site selection and capacity planning
- Drive design transfer activities, manufacturing scale-up, validation strategies, and launch readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or program management
- Master's degree with 5+ years in engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or program management
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving product development and new product introduction
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and performance metrics
- Experience working in regulated industries and quality management systems
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead matrixed teams without direct authority
