What You'll Do

• Coordinate transportation services and support daily dispatch operations
• Communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor trips in real time and proactively address service issues before they become problems
• Manage schedule changes, service updates, and operational adjustments
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels
• Enter, maintain, and verify information within company systems
• Support operational initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality
• Take ownership of challenges and help find solutions in a dynamic environment
