What You'll Do
- Coordinate transportation services and support daily dispatch operations
- Communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor trips in real time and proactively address service issues before they become problems
- Manage schedule changes, service updates, and operational adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Enter, maintain, and verify information within company systems
- Support operational initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality
- Take ownership of challenges and help find solutions in a dynamic environment
