Industrial Maintenance Mechanic II – 3rd Shift Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC) is looking for a dedicated individual to join our aerospace manufacturing team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will maintain and install equipment used in the production of high‑strength structural components. Position Overview As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll play a vital role maintaining and installing equipment used in the production of high-strength structural components utilized in aerospace applications worldwide. This is a hands‑on opportunity to contribute to a mission that literally helps the world take flight. Benefits Competitive Pay: $34.20/hour starting for 1st shift training for 90 days from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, $2/hour shift differential for weekday nights, $2.50/hour differential for weekend nights. Responsibilities Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform fabrication, welding, torch cutting, light carpentry duties, etc. Perform PMs per schedule Promote and practice workplace safety Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and decision‑making skills Ability to operate various machines Physically able to stand, bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Safety Commitment All UAC employees must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety trainings, proactively promote safety at work, and promptly report accidents and injuries.
