Senior Manager Of Integrated Business Planning Analytics

Summary The Senior Manager of Integrated Business Planning Analytics leads analytics to enable long-term supply and demand alignment for a global retail organization. This role develops the companys 3-year global supply plan, builds statistical and machine learning models to inform decisions, and manages a small team while presenting findings to senior leadership. The position requires cross-functional partnership and up to 15% domestic and international travel. Responsibilities Lead development of the 3-year global supply plan and ensure alignment across functions and geographies. Build analyses and tools to identify lost sales opportunities, quantify demand risk, and recommend actions to senior leadership. Oversee and optimize enterprise-level master data processes to maintain accuracy and consistency across supply chain and finance systems. Develop models and analytics using statistical methods and programming (Python, SQL, etc.) and operationalize solutions. Present insights to senior executives, manage cross-functional initiatives, mentor and develop direct reports, and travel as required. Requirements Masters degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or a related role. 2 years experience utilizing advanced analytics techniques including R, Python, and Jupyter Notebook in supply planning analytics for a global retail organization. 2 years experience developing and presenting supply chain data insights to senior leadership to optimize sourcing network by cost and lead time. 2 years experience overseeing and optimizing enterprise-level master data processes across supply chain and finance systems. 1 year experience utilizing machine learning models through Python for demand forecasting and 1 year developing automated processes in Dataiku to support scheduled analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
