Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and menu items according to recipes and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Handle food prep tasks including slicing, portioning, and stocking ingredients
• Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate inventory needs to management
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and timely service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, sandwich making, or a kitchen environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
