Shelter Stabilization Specialist — Behavioral Health

Community Bridges, Inc. is seeking a Client Stabilization Specialist to work at shelter/temporary lodging sites across Arizona. You will stabilize individuals and families entering shelter, conduct HMIS intakes, educate on rules, resources, and provide orientation while staying on-site. You will perform face-to-face visits, perimeter walks, and escalate issues affecting stabilization, while coordinating with leadership and care coordinators to address needs related to complex substance use, #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Bridges, Inc.
