Shelter Stabilization Specialist: Transform Lives

Community Bridges, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Client Stabilization Specialist to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness at shelter sites. You will stabilize arrivals, educate on rules and resources, and guide them through intake and orientation while in shelter or temporary lodging. You will perform face-to-face visits, perimeter walks, and escalate issues to leadership. Data entry into HMIS and housing prioritization assessments are also required to coordinate services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Bridges
