Independent Living Specialist - Field-Based Recovery
Community Bridges Inc.
Community Bridges, Inc. seeks an Independent Living Specialist to work with SMI clients in homes or in the field to build independent living skills such as budgeting, transportation, and self-care. The role is field‑based about 80% of the time, with after‑hours and on‑call supports as needed.
