Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (In-Office Position)

Pay Range: $1,000-$1,200 per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to join our in-office accounting team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting company operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger and journal entries
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Process accounts payable
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and support audits as neededMaintain organized and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with management and vendors to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks required
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an office environment

Compensation & Schedule

• $1,000-$1,200 per week, based on experience
• Full-time, in-office position
