Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Commission PrimeSpace Capital ("PSC") is a vertically integrated real estate investor and developer located in New York City. PSC is currently focused on the development of Class A self-storage facilities. PSC’s storage portfolio consists of more than 5,100 active units with an additional 3,000 under construction. PSC acts as its own General Contractor for all of its projects throughout the United States. PSC’s office is in the Financial District in New York City. Position Description We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Acquisitions Analyst to focus exclusively on sourcing new self-storage development opportunities. This role is critical to expanding our development pipeline and requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in building relationships and uncovering opportunities in competitive markets. The ideal candidate will excel at cold calling, outreach, prospecting, networking, and conducting high-level market research to identify viable self-storage development sites. Compensation is performance-driven and, with bonuses tied to successful deal closings. Responsibilities Deal Sourcing: Identify and generate off-market and listed self-storage development opportunities through cold calling, direct outreach, networking with brokers and property owners, and leveraging industry tools. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, developers, and industry professionals to establish a steady pipeline of acquisition opportunities. Market Research: Conduct high-level market research to identify high-growth, underserved areas for self-storage development, leveraging demographic data and competitor insights. Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies, including cold calls, email campaigns, and in-person meetings, to connect with potential sellers. Requirements/Qualifications Required: Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, deal sourcing, or acquisitions. Proven ability to source leads and build relationships through proactive outreach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong professional networks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic research tools. Preferred: Knowledge of self-storage industry trends and market dynamics. A background in real estate, investment sales, or brokerage is preferred but not required. Existing network of brokers, property owners, and industry professionals.
