Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining all road, grounds, buildings, support systems equipment and utilities systems in a safe and ready condition for use at all times.
Boiler Tech: Operates, maintains and repairs boilers, their supportive and dependent systems and equipment. Responsible for the testing, analysis and induction of all chemical treatment systems.
Electrician: Operates, maintains, repairs and installs electrical systems and equipment as required.
Refrigeration Tech/Air Conditioning Tech: Repairs, installs and maintains refrigeration and heating/cooling equipment utilized by the facility.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Certification from acceptable trade school or military training if applicable.
Two (2) years experience in operating, maintaining and repairing high-pressure vessels required for boiler tech specialist.
Two (2) years experience for other specialties preferred.
General knowledge of all areas including specialties required.
