Job Description Job Description Hybrid, 601, 2-3 days per week ASAP - 6 months 40 Hours Position Purpose and Scope • This position will be part of an exciting, growing team focused on digital media within the Global Media. The role is responsible for supporting digital media strategies that strengthen RL’s leadership by driving brand equity and performance across digital first campaigns – including fashion shows, seasonal campaigns, sports and other programs. The position will partner closely experts across Brand Marketing, regional Media teams, Organic Social and Creative. This position reports directl to the Global Digital Media lead. Requirements • 4-6 years of experience across on and off line media planning, buying, trafficking, data analytics, and campaign reporting • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel • Familiarity with key measurement approached including MTA, MMM, brand lift, and conversion lift • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights • Project management, collaboration, and multitasking abilities • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and effectively manage shifting priorities. • Experience supporting complex initiatives involving multiple internal teams and external partners, with the ability to independently manage workstreams and keep projects moving forward. • A proactive individual who demonstrates curiosity, creativity and initiative • Passion for fashion & lifestyle brands a plus Key Responsibilities Manage the co-ordination of select digital and social-first campaigns in partnership with regional media teams (ie, fashion shows, special projects/sports, seasonal campaigns) • Coordinate with regional media partners on budget clarity, asset guidance/manageemnt, and general planning & execution support • Manage communications and implementation of campaign content/assets to the regional media needs, in partnership with organic social and global brand marketing teams • Organize mid and post campaign reports in partnership with regional media, global brand marketing, and social teams • Maintain organic social boosting tracker and activities with regional media teams (in partnership with organic social team) Manage communications to regional media partners specific to campaign assets: • Partner with RL Agency operations to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital and paid social assets to regions, in alignement with creative orchestration. • Manage air table inputs with regional media teams and ensure delieverd assets align with Air Table.
