**Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team!** - Are you a passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in the emergency department? - Experience the thrill of working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population, from neonates to geriatrics! **Position Highlights:** - **Specialty:** Emergency Room (ER) - **Shift:** Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Patient Ratios:** 1:4 on Days and Nights - **Community Hospital Experience:** Required **Expectations:** - Previous charge experience required - 2-3 years of experience in Progressive/Acute ER - Float required to MS/ICU (4 patients in ICU or IMC) - Required to work every other weekend (minimum of 3 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule) **Certifications Needed:** - BLS - ACLS - PALS - Preferred: CPI, NIHSS, NRP/ENPC, STABLE, TNCC **Preferred Skills:** - IV therapy/Phlebotomy - Arterial line management - Blood product administration - Central line care/management - Monitoring of ventilated patients - Continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias **Work Environment:** - Level II Trauma Center - Pediatric Emergency Department - STEMI and Stroke Certified Facility **Special Procedures:** - Chest Tubes - Thoracentesis - Paracentesis - Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) - Central lines and UL-guided IVs **Get Ready to Make a Difference!** - Average 80 patient visits per day - Number of rooms: 18 - Number of beds: 20 - Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and more **Patient Diagnoses You’ll Encounter:** - Medical Surgical - Respiratory - GI/GU - Cardiac - Neuro - Minor Trauma - OB/GYN **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
