We are seeking a skilled Service BDC agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking service appointments, greeting customers, handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities:

- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Conduct administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- High school diploma or equivalent 

- Previous experience in cashiering or receptionist role preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
