Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: OB/MedSurg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: 2 years License: Yes, willing to wait Certifications: ACLS, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Must-Have: Tele experience preferred, Peds experience preferred Description: This position involves predominantly MedSurg nursing. The clinician must be capable of handling Labor and Delivery/OB cases. OB nurses will care for MedSurg patients, but will transfer OB patients to the designated OB floor. Two Labor and Delivery nurses are typically required on the floor during deliveries. The position primarily involves night shifts, but some flexibility with day shifts may be available. This role includes working with a variety of patient types due to the nature of the facility. The shifts are 12 hours long. The facility is traveler-friendly and welcomes nurses from various backgrounds. Training will be provided for the CPSI EMR system. A cancellation policy does not apply for this position.
