This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers two openings for enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working within school settings. With the possibility of serving students across two nearby sites, you'll play a key role in helping young learners achieve their communication goals.

Ideal applicants will possess school-based SLP experience and hold an active Connecticut SLP license. Candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are highly encouraged to apply. Those who are Clinical Fellows will also be considered, provided that district-supervised support can be arranged. Please note, district supervision capacity is limited, but new graduates will still be considered when feasible. Please note that SLPAs will not be considered for these openings.

Key Qualifications:

• School-based Speech-Language Pathology experience required
• Active Connecticut SLP license
• CCCs strongly preferred; open to Clinical Fellows with supervisor availability
• Ability to work in-person, full-time (35 hours/week)
• Willingness to split time between two school sites as needed
• District fingerprinting and background check clearance required
• Upfront licensure documentation is an asset
• SLPAs are not eligible for this position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services to elementary caseloads in a school environment
• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Maintain necessary documentation and adhere to compliance regulations
• Participate in virtual interviews during the selection process
