Talent Acquisition CoordinatorBlinkRx is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. Alongside our recruiters, you will collaborate with both hiring managers and candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all stakeholders. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for creating high quality experiences, we would love to hear from you!Job ResponsibilitiesScheduling interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managersUpdating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systemsProviding follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting statusTracking recruitment activities and assisting with weekly update reportsCoordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materialsIdentifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyAssist in the execution of other recruiting activities as neededQualifications/ExperiencePrior experience working with an applicant tracking system1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experienceExperience with Google Workspace, including, but not limited to, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google SlidesStrong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectationsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidatesProblem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and guide them to closure with minimal supervisionPossess strong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexible, able to change direction quicklyComfortable in dealing with ambiguityAble to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriateWhy Join UsIt is rare to have a company that both deeply impacts its customers and is able to provide its services across a massive population.
