As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission by supporting our recruitment initiatives and helping us attract top talent. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, while upholding our commitment to exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare offer documents and employment agreements. Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding. Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate demographics. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows. Qualifications 1-2 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
