Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in New York. Team Overview Our team plays a significant role in attracting and hiring talent across Fitch Group. We partner closely with business leaders to support hiring needs across functions and levels, while delivering an engaging candidate experience. Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts for graduate and early-career hiring, helping to identify and engage emerging talent. Assist with candidate sourcing activities, including talent mapping, resume review, and outreach to prospective candidates through tools like LinkedIn. Contribute to special projects across the Talent Acquisition team, including process improvement initiatives, talent market research, and reporting. Help maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and support day-to-day recruiting operations. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support a smooth hiring process, utilizing scheduling tools. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of professional experience, with a strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field. Interest in supporting graduate recruiting, sourcing, and early-career hiring in a fast-paced, professional environment. Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills, professional presence, and ability to collaborate and build relationships. Detail-oriented, initiative-taking, and eager to learn new systems and processes. Experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing tools, or applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required. Strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition or human resources. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Can work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in the office. Compensation Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $65,000 and $75,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
