Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Company Overview A leading non-profit environmental advocacy organization with over 3.1 million members and online activists is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its NYC office. The role supports the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, coordinating internship programs, and managing pre-boarding tasks. Job Responsibilities Schedule interviews for candidates, coordinating between TA Partners, hiring managers, panelists, and candidates. Ensure all interview logistics are arranged, including sending calendar invites and setting up virtual interviews. Manage pre-boarding tasks for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed. Verify completion of background checks and employment eligibility verification. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring recruitment processes are on track. Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS). Assist with coordinating the recruitment calendar and tracking recruitment metrics. Work closely with the Internship Program Lead to coordinate logistics related to internship and fellowship recruiting. Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools and applicant tracking systems. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred. Compensation Pay Rate: $30 – $34/hr, DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
