Candidate Experience Specialist (Talent Acquisition Coordinator) New York (Hybrid - 3 days a week on site) We’re The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment professionals directly into some of the world’s most exciting tech and scale-up companies. As a Candidate Experience Specialist , you will play a critical role in delivering a premium candidate experience and ensuring the efficient operation of our talent acquisition processes for both Retail and Corporate functions. You will be focused on executing structured tasks, improving established processes, and beginning to build collaborative relationships across the organisation Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders. Maintain accurate ATS data and support reporting and recruitment metrics. Chase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track against agreed SLAs Assist with ad‑hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and pipelining. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordination Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Confident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude. You actively and often ask for feedback, reflecting on your actions and remaining open to constructive criticism with a focus on learning You are proactive in reaching out, connecting, and collaborating with peers across departments, balancing your task focus with building strong interpersonal relationships You have demonstrated proficiency in managing and maintaining data within an Applicant Tracking System like Greenhouse, and are comfortable taking informed, timely decisions on tasks within your scope This is a fixed‑term contract with the chance to extend. #J-18808-Ljbffr
