Senior Contract Analyst

To support contract management initiatives, the fully remote Senior Contract & Budget Analyst will prepare and oversee contracts, develop negotiation strategies, and mentor team members, all while managing complex projects related to investigator grants on a four-month contract basis. Key responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate master governing agreements while escalating complex risks as needed Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and ensure timely execution to meet study start-up timelines Perform in-depth analyses to support budget and contract negotiations, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Five or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry Minimum one year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials or three years of similar experience Intermediate advanced knowledge of contract principles and procedures Strong negotiation skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving
