Scanner / Junior Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
A well-established nonprofit organization in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scanner / Junior Administrative Assistant to join a great non-profit firm in midtown Manhattan. 20-30 hours per week, flexible.
Pay: $20.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Scan, organize, and electronically file documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Organize physical and digital files
- Provide support to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional and well spoken
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must have previous experience scanning and MS office
