Insurance Producer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Producer role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Insurance Producer will identify and develop new business opportunities, prospect and follow up on leads, and build a pipeline of individual and commercial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, presenting appropriate insurance products, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the application and onboarding process. The role involves maintaining regular contact with existing clients to review coverage, handle renewals, and provide policy updates or changes. The Insurance Producer will collaborate with internal team members and carriers, ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant, and use agency tools and systems to track activities and results. Qualifications Does NOT need to demonstrate skills in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge, including the ability to explain coverage options and recommend suitable solutions. (All of this can be taught) Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and support clients before and after the sale. Relevant state insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a professional setting. Comfort using a CRM or, email, and standard office software to manage leads and client information. High level of ethics, reliability, and discretion when handling confidential client data.
