Job Description Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to specialize in trucking and commercial auto insurance, including General Liability (GL), Workers' Compensation (WC), and Business Owners Policies (BOP). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in building and managing a successful book of business. This is a full-time, in-office position with significant growth potential and a clear path to earning performance-based bonuses.

Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based bonuses starting at $1M in premium production, with increasing incentives as you grow your book of business
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate
- Develop and grow a book of business specializing in trucking and commercial auto insurance
- Generate a minimum of $150,000 in premium annually, with opportunities to exceed this target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions
- Collaborate with account managers and administrative support to ensure seamless client service
- Quote and renew policies, focusing on middle-market to large-market accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in commercial auto/trucking insurance, including familiarity with CMC numbers, dump trucks, and semi-trucks
- Proven ability to produce and manage a book of business
- Proficiency with insurance software, preferably Nowcertz
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
