Insurance Agent - Producer
CAL-KOR Insurance
Responsibilities Customer Service Establish and develop customer relationships with regular follow-up Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing Sales & Growth Sell P&C (Commercial, Workers Comp, EPLI, Auto, Home), Health, Life & Annuity insurance Meet monthly sales quotas by following agency processes Promote new business, cross-sell products, and support new initiatives Achieve monthly and annual production goals Training & Compliance Become familiar with products, services, and systems. Participate in agency training programs. Follow proper processes and procedures to ensure professional, high-quality service. Qualifications All applicable state licenses for property and casualty and/or health and life insurances are required Confident, motivated individual who works well independently. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced with brokerage agency or insurance related fields Legally eligible to work in U.S #J-18808-Ljbffr CAL-KOR Insurance
