We are looking for motivated, personable, and driven Sales Consultants to join our manufactured-home sales team in Searcy.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and closing deals. Manufactured-home experience is not required. If you have a successful background in automobile sales, RV sales, real estate, project management, insurance, furniture, or other commission-based sales, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers and help them find the manufactured home that fits their needs and budget
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Explain home features, pricing, financing options, and available upgrades
• Conduct showroom and home tours
• Prepare quotes and sales paperwork
• Work with lenders, manufacturers, and other team members to move purchases toward closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale

• Sales experience preferred, but we will train the right person
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required licensing requirements
